CSL Pressora: New Equipment for Fuel Tank Testing

We have developed our own equipment for performing pressure impulse testing of petrol fuel tanks in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 21487:2023.

The device, named CSL Pressora, was developed in response to increasing demands for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency of testing. Its proper functionality and durability have been verified not only through intensive internal testing, but also under supervision by the accreditation body.

CSL Pressora is a fully automated solution enabling precise control of cyclic pressure impulses along with automatic evaluation of test protocols. This significantly improves the reliability of results while reducing the time required to perform tests. Operation is straightforward — simply connect the device to a compressed air source, power supply, fuel tank and select the desired test mode.

Thanks to its versatility and ease of implementation, the device is ready to cover a wide range of testing scenarios. It is already actively used for the assessment of petrol fuel tanks, taking our testing capabilities to the next level.
